Chinese Soup


So, during the Dinagyang, there was a Chinese Expo at PNB, Philippine National Bank, General Luna branch.

The was a small place selling some dimsum and noodles. We were captivated by the man making fresh noodles with dough. He'd knead them and roll them and stretch them out. He'd roll it and smack it on the table and then start folding them. He starts pulling and folding again, until it comes out as thin as noodles.

We also ate some dimsum, not filled with meat, but with veggies.
