Sinamak

Sinamak is what we call spiced vinegar in Iloilo. I made this one using vinegar, ginger, garlic, onion, chili peppers, and black pepper corn. Though it looks delicious, I wouldn't say so much for the taste. I put this in the break room at work to share with my coworkers. After a few months where the ingredients started to become mush and I don't know maybe release it flavor, it had an aromatic smell and maybe better taste to it. But I don't know, that's just my opinion. I know there are other different Filipino flavored vinegars out there.
