I have a PS4 Pro. I've had it since it first came out. It wasn't until a few months ago when I noticed that it would shut off randomly and would not power on unless I unplug it for a few seconds. Those few seconds turned to minutes and then hours.
I first thought that it could be overheating. I removed the top shell and it seemed to work, but it eventually started to randomly shut off.
Once in a while I would power on the PS4 Pro just to update the games, but it would just shut off and would not turn on. So I asked my brother to order a new PSU from AliExpress.
I used a screwdriver set I got from Amazon. It's the Xool 140 in 1 screwdriver set.
And I watched a video from TronicsFix, PS4 Pro Power Supply Replacement.
